For the Global Majority ready to steward serious wealth
Empire is falling.
Capitalism is collapsing under its own violence.Â
Your community can’t wait for a conventional leader.Â
Not people with good skills and intentions just scraping by.Â
Before you read further, this course is only for people of the Global Majority — Black, Brown, Asian, Arab, Indigenous, and Pasifika folks.
To our white siblings: this course is not open to you. Your ancestral relationship with money is fundamentally different from ours, and both require different spaces. We hold this boundary with care, and ask you to respect it.
Read our full letter to our white siblings here.
Not sure if you qualify? See our FAQ below.
You can’t build liberation economics using the master’s tools.
For so long, that’s all most of us have been given.Â
MBA programs in institutions founded and run by white men teach extraction disguised as innovation.
Online business courses teach you how to win at capitalism — even when it comes with a dash of “alternative.” Most of the “conscious” or “ethical” business spheres are often just colonialism with a spiritual coat of paint.
The real problem is that none of these existing structures prepare you for what’s actually required: building sustainable infrastructures that free your people, not just yourself.
Even more critical — and almost completely unaddressed in business education: they do not address the specific devastation in your lineage — the systematic theft, the interrupted abundance, the ways your ancestors’ economic knowledge was deliberately destroyed.
You can’t repair what you can’t see.
You can’t reclaim what you don’t remember.Â
This is the classroom where we channel possibility into practice, guided by collective inquiry and ancestral knowledge.Â
In this classroom, your professors pour out the best of what’s already worked/is working for them. Then invite you to co-create with them on the edge of: “Here’s what we know. Here’s where you, your people, your ancestors fill in the rest.”Â
Together, we build the foundation for a radical new world, imagined through the prayers of our ancients.Â
May we be those who answer their summons.
May our gifts translate dreams into freedom.
May our hands till the soil of our collective rest.
Meet your professors
Dr. Joey Liu holds a PhD in Culture & Curriculum, focusing on decolonial pedagogy and growing radical learning spaces within collective peoples communities. She has built community infrastructure for student organizing, creative expression, and educational access. Her business functions as wealth redistribution, offering sliding scale and free healing services and leadership education while employing former high school students from her community. Over the past decade, she has directly redistributed tens of thousands of dollars of her own income through scholarships, mutual aid, foster care, housing, education, and employment access. Her ancestral practice is rooted primarily in her Hakka lineage — resisting language erosion by raising native speakers, apprenticing to living elders in ancestral rituals, and creatively preserving our stories and knowledge.
Simone Grace Seol comes from multiple generations of Korean shamanic workers. Prior to starting her coaching career, she studied liberation theology, earned a Master's of Public Health degree specializing in Effectiveness and Outcomes Research, and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for community health programs. As a respected leader in coaching and business, she has been invited to teach all over the world. She has consistently used her business to platform decolonial teachers and resource movements for collective liberation. In the past 5 years, she has redistributed well over a million dollars to mutual aid funds and humanitarian and ecological projects, everywhere from Hawaii to Gaza. She is currently working toward the revitalization of ancestral lands in Korea.Â
Between the two of us, we bring to you four decades of teaching experience and deep scholarship in decolonial pedagogy, grounded in lifetimes of devotional apprenticeship to our ancestral lineages in Taiwan and Korea, respectively.
We are not teaching theory, but what we deeply embody and practice.
How we got here
Â
Professor Joey's path:Â Two decades of teaching in systems designed to break people. Watching brilliant students from the Global Majority shrink themselves to fit white academic frameworks. Years of somatic healing after her body said enough to colonial violence. A PhD investigating how colonization lives in our curriculum, our classrooms, our very conception of what "knowledge" is.
Then: the decision to leave. To return to Taiwan. To raise her children on land her Hakka ancestors knew. To build education that liberates instead of extracts.
Professor Simone's path: Studying liberation theology and researching community mental health, before being led back to her ancestral lands to start a business under the guidance of elders. Building a coaching business to eight figures, while seeing the teachings of Eastern traditions get appropriated and distorted by opportunistic white leaders – while practitioners of color were relegated to the sidelines. Witnessing the vast gap between how her culture has taught her to instinctively enjoy and redistribute wealth, and Western money mindsets rooted in scarcity and separation.
What brought us together: bone-deep knowing that we were tired of teaching people to succeed in broken systems.
We wanted to teach reconstruction.
Â
The shoulders we stand on, and the lineages we carry
Â
We undertake this work, but the work does not belong to us. It belongs to the ancestors who built economies before capitalism taught us to call them "superstitious" and "primitive."
It belongs to the Indigenous teachers who've been screaming that land, lineage, and liberation are inseparable — and who've been systematically erased, tokenized, or ignored.
Professor Joey carries the Hakka lineage of migration, resilience, and radical community care. The Irish lineage of storytelling as resistance. The teachings of Kanaka Maoli elders who taught her that land remembers, that protocol matters, that reciprocity is law.
Professor Simone carries Korean lineage of shamanic and Buddhist practitioners and teachers. The lineage of men and women who survived war, occupation and poverty through sheer spiritual fortitude and creativity.Â
We are NOT inventing this work; we are answering to our ancestors, who call upon us to teach this work.
They tell us it will reach the ones who are marked for it.
Our CurriculumÂ
Â
Before the course starts
(1) Begin ancestor communion practice (unsupervised, required)
This is your foundational prerequisite — the practice of establishing a living, direct relationship with your ancestors. Using our Communing with Ancestors: Practice Guide & Foundations guidebook, you'll choose a ritual practice, commit to it 3-5 times per week, and begin documenting your experience in a living guide. This work teaches you how to listen, ask, and receive guidance from those who came before. Everything else builds on this foundation.
Why? If you don't have an actual practice for communing with your ancestors, the language of this work becomes metaphor—poetic but powerless.
(2) Complete the free course:Â Building Post-Capitalist Wealth.Â
You work through the four workbooks that establish the foundation.
Â
The 8-week structure
The actual course spans 8 weeks, including:
- 5 live teaching & coaching calls* (2 hours each)
- Ongoing asynchronous coaching throughout (not just on call days)
- 2 weeks of community field work** outside of the classroom (no live calls)
- 1 integration week (dedicated asynchronous support as you complete your manifesto)
* Each teaching week begins with pre-work — shifting beliefs and closing knowledge gaps before the live session. You arrive to the call ready to go deeper, not hearing concepts for the first time.
** During field work weeks, you will: conduct needs assessments in your actual community, interview community members and elders, and calculate collective liberation budgets through field research.
Â
Live sessions
Each call consists of:
- Interactive teaching where Joey and Simone bring big-picture inspiration and reverse-engineered scaffolding, breaking down complex ancestral wisdom into practical, actionable steps
- Spotlight coaching where you share your work in real time — presenting your calculations, receiving feedback, being seen as you step into your expanded capacity
Then comes the vital work of lasting integration: somatic practices, ritual, ceremony, and lineage research that move this wisdom through your body and into your relationships. This isn't intellectual understanding, but embodied knowing.
Each week includes "Practicum Work" — tangible outputs you create. By the end, your workbooks will be full of YOUR specific work, not generic templates.
Professors Joey and Simone teach together as living proof of non-transactional, decolonized collaboration. Their partnership models what's possible when we build outside capitalist extraction.
This course is counter-pedagogy to the white-co-opted spirituality dominating the coaching industry. It's designed to apprentice you into the necessary wealth stewardship work that actually liberates you and your people.

Weekly Curriculum
WEEK 1: Ancestral Wealth—A Cosmology of Return
We start by reorienting your entire relationship with wealth—re-rooting into the interconnected web cosmology that guided our ancestors. You’ll shift from separated-self ontology (capitalist individualism) to interdependent web ontology. From "How much should I give?" to "What does the flow need?" From formulas that ignore context to context-sensitive stewardship.
Building 7-figures without massive privilege requires extraordinary kinetic energy - you’ll learn cosmological principles that guide your wealth-building work without extraction. You'll discover what "enough" actually means through relational assessment based on your actual web of relationships and responsibilities.
This unit weeds out elements of capitalism hiding in "liberatory" work and grounds all wealth stewardship in lived-out realities of interdependence.
PRACTICUM OUTPUT: Your Interconnected Web Map—For whom, with whom, and by whom do you steward wealth?
Â
WEEK 2: Your Revolutionary Role is Ancestral
You've been measuring yourself by colonial metrics: productivity, credentials, market value. This week, we shift you into a deep self-belief you've never felt before.
It happens when you discover your genius/"heavenly portion"/mana—the specific work only you can do, which your ancestors have marked you for. You won't be able to unsee it. This is where you stop seeking permission from systems and build internal authority that flows from knowing what you're here for.
This clarity translates into everything you do: what you build, how you offer it, and what you build to sustain your biggest vision. You'll learn to see how your lived experiences connect you to who needs you, how your gifts equip you to serve them, and how your location positions you to reach them.
PRACTICUM OUTPUT: Your Ancestral Assignment Statement—the specific liberatory wealth-building work you're marked for (think a whole lot bigger), refined, claimed with authority, and informed by your ancestor communion practice.
Â
WEEKS 3 & 4: PRACTICUM FIELD WORK—Collective Liberation Math
No live calls. This is community field work where you collectively calculate your Liberation Number with your people, elders, and ancestors. This is where individual assignment meets collective need.
The Shift: From individual burden and guessing at needs to collective wisdom grounded in actual community need.
You'll engage your people through intimate conversations—not extractive interviews, but dreaming together. You'll have three types of conversations: surveying what exists and what's helped, dreaming about what's possible, and hearing how they see your specific contribution. You'll learn decolonial methods of narrative inquiry and story work that ground your ongoing self-determination practice in community wisdom and ancestral guidance.
Flexibility: Choose your engagement track—deep field work with 5-7 people, lighter track with 3-5 key stakeholders, or research-focused mapping.
PRACTICUM OUTPUT: Your Annual Liberation Number—calculated WITH your community. What infrastructure does your community ask you to bring into existence? What does it cost? Who can commit to you as you do this work?
Â
WEEK 5: Claiming Collective Wealth
This week is spiritual, somatic, and integrated. You have the number. Now you learn to HOLD it. You’ll shift from money as profane, capped by capacity ceilings → money as sacred flow through expanded capacity. This is the end of "worthiness" (a colonial trap) and the beginning of stewardship.
This week teaches you to develop the discernment to refuse corrupting wealth. You'll learn to work with multiple forms of capital, understanding that what you steward extends far beyond dollars. And you'll restore intimacy with desire rooted in care and interconnectedness, discovering that wanting good things for yourself and your people isn't greed when grounded in collective flourishing.
You'll expand your whole interconnected being to hold Liberation Numbers that feel impossibly large. You'll untangle old money narratives inherited from family, class conditioning, and colonial systems. Most importantly, you'll return to YOUR lineage to find the sacred money practices that belong to your people — what your ancestors used to bless wealth and ensure its sacred circulation.
PRACTICUM OUTPUT: Your Collective Wealth Manifesto — grounded in your ancestral rites, community relationships, and unique assignment.
Â
WEEK 6: Commerce as Communion – Scaling with Redistribution
This week, you’ll map how to generate your liberation number, year after year, without exploitation. You’ll shift from scaling through extraction to scaling through depth and communion. From redistribution as afterthought to redistribution AS the business model.
You'll learn ancestral pricing — making financial decisions in communion with lineage, not capitalist markets. Rather than benchmarking against industry standards or charging what you think people can afford, you'll consult elders and ancestors to discern what's energetically right, what the work actually is, and what serves the assignment itself.
You'll discover how to scale through depth – maintaining quality as you grow, keeping real relationships rather than building funnels, and choosing sustainable pace over exponential growth that burns you out. And you'll learn to build redistribution into your business model from day one – practices that create margin for both your sustainability and collective work, not separation of "making money" from "giving back."
PRACTICUM OUTPUTS:
Your Ancestral Pricing Framework
Your Scaling Strategy Map—bringing all the math together to reach your Liberation Number sustainably
Â
WEEK 7: How We Build the World that Ends Capitalism
You step into your role as a member of the council that designs and maintains post-capitalist infrastructure. You’ll shift from individual builder to council member. From "my business" to "our collective infrastructure." You'll learn what infrastructure actually is – not just programs, but systems that serve collective liberation across generations. You’ll design your business as a resource generator to sustain movements.
This week teaches you how to collaborate without transactionality – building with shared values, clear agreements, power-sharing, and transparent resource flow. You'll understand how to mobilize multiple forms of capital in service of collective building. And you'll develop both the hard skills (financial literacy, research, systems building) and soft skills (spiritual depth, energetic capacity, relationality) required for collaborative world-building.
PRACTICUM OUTPUTS:Â Your Liberated World-Building Skills & Capital Assessment, Your New Ancestral Infrastructure Sketch, Your Co-Funding Agreement Frameworks

7 Figures for Liberation
We want YOU to grow a 7-figure business. Yes, you.
A free class for people of the global majority.
Because capitalism doesn’t own wealth.
This is NOT a typical business course or spirituality program.
This is infrastructure work for collective liberation.
Â
Decolonial pedagogy applied to wealth stewardship.
Graduate-level rigor meeting ancestral practice meeting community organizing.
Whom this is forÂ
This is for you if:
- You're already building something (business, organization, movement) but know you're playing too small
- You have skills and credibility, but also feel conflicted or guilty about wanting scaled wealth
- You're ready for unsupervised spiritual practice (ancestor communion is required)
- You can commit to community field work (not just introspection)Â
- You want to steward serious wealth, grounded in collective responsibility
- You're ready to be part of a council building post-capitalist infrastructure
This is NOT for you if you want to:
- Make millions while still paying people $3/hour in a different country
- Cosplay poor in public to gain social justice credibility while consuming in secret
- Write a donation check once a year to get a tax break and call it redistribution
- Build a social justice platform that runs on unpaid volunteer labor or inconsistent donations
- Claim “rest is resistance” — while actually just avoiding developing hard skills
- Sit in masterminds learning to scale to 7-figures… and then hoard it all
- Â
You have genius in your DNA.Â
Whether your ancestors come from Africa, Asia, the Arab world, or Indigenous lands across this earth — before colonizers took over...
They knew how to petition the Heavens — and the Heavens answered.
They knew how to make it rain — literally.
They had brilliant strategies for collaborating with non-human kin to yield abundant harvests.
They built and administered great kingdoms and stewarded resources at a scale that literally shaped the world.
And when terrible things happened — colonization, war, displacement — your ancestors knew how to survive.
They knew how to weave hope from wounds. Build from rubble. Create healing potions from broken branches. Make feasts from scraps.
Both are in your DNA: the capacity to command wealth that changes the fate of empires — and the capacity to survive and rebuild after destruction.
That’s your inheritance.
First, you need to remember it. Then, you need the spiritual technology and hands-on practical commitment to bring it to life.Â

A Note on the Enrollment Boundary
This course is exclusively for people of the Global Majority — Black, Brown, Asian, Arab, Indigenous, and Pasifika folks whose lived experiences are inextricably shaped by these identities.
We hold this boundary because people of European ancestry have a fundamentally different relationship with money. Their ancestral money work involves reckoning with extraction, theft, and complicity. Ours is about reclamation.
When a white person is in the room — no matter how aware and good-intentioned — it shifts the center. We translate, self-censor, and manage. We need space to do our work without that dynamic.
Read our full letter to our white siblings HERE.
To protect the integrity of this boundary, enrollment is by application only.
Not sure if you qualify? See our FAQ below.Â
The application asks for just three things:
-
One sentence about the lineages & lands you come from
-
One sentence about your work
-
One link to your social media or website
We want to invite in as many aligned folks from the Global Majority as possible. There is no competition. We just need to see who you already are. You'll hear back within 3-4 business days.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
If accepted:
- Tuition payment due upon enrollment (course begins December 9; last day to enroll is December 13)
- Begin ancestor communion work using Communing with Ancestors: Practice Guide & Foundations (pre-requisite)
- Complete Building Post-Capitalist Wealth workbooks (pre-requisite)
- Course materials and community access granted as they become availableÂ
