But here’s the inconvenient truth.Â
MBA programs in institutions founded and run by white men teach extraction disguised as innovation.
The real problem is that none of these existing structures prepare you for what’s actually required: building serious wealth structures that free your people, not just yourself.
You can’t repair what you can’t see.Â
Why we need you
This work requires scholars, researchers, and practitioners who are:
- Done with extractive academic frameworks
- ... and extractive business frameworks
- Have never found ancestral guidance and liberation-oriented business menetorship in the same place
- Building ambitious projects that transform entire communities and generations
- Connected to intellectual and cultural lineagesÂ
- Unafraid of the mathematical, theoretical, and practical work of economic reconstruction
You're not here to do another "online course."
You're here to be apprenticed into a lineage of wealth stewardship that your scholarship already points toward.

Joey Liu is an educator, writer, and mama based on her ancestral homelands of Taiwan. With a Ph.D. in Culture & Curriculum, her research centers on radical learning spaces grown from Indigenous and collective peoples' communities. Her work asks: "How can we become the people we need to be to shift paradigms and sustain a healthy world?" She teaches heart-led changemakers to channel their wisdom and stories into powerful self-expression for collective liberation.
Simone G. Seol bridges Korean spiritual wisdom with business strategy. She came to coaching work after studying theology and effectiveness and outcomes research.
